Encompass Academy is seeking a licensed English Teacher to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about building relationships, delivering engaging instruction, and supporting students in a small, student-centered high school environment.

Position Summary
The English Teacher will deliver standards-aligned instruction that promotes critical thinking, literacy development, communication skills, and a love of reading and writing. This teacher will work collaboratively with staff to support student growth, contribute to a positive school culture, and ensure all students have access to rigorous and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned to Nevada Academic Content Standards

Create a classroom environment that fosters engagement, respect, discussion, and critical thinking

Support students in developing reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and analytical skills
-
Use restorative practices to build relationships, address conflict, and support a positive, inclusive classroom culture

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including English Learners and students with IEPs
-
Use data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
-
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance

Collaborate with colleagues, counselors, and administration to support student success

Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
Qualifications

Valid Nevada teaching license with an English endorsement (required)

Encompass Academy is seeking an Administrative Director to join our leadership team full-time. This role is ideal for an organized, student-centered leader who is passionate about supporting school operations, building strong relationships with students and families, and helping create a positive and effective school environment.

Position Summary
The Administrative Director supports the daily operations of the school, including student enrollment, attendance, family communication, compliance, office management, and coordination of schoolwide systems and procedures. This position works closely with administration, staff, students, and families to help ensure the school operates efficiently and supports student success.

Responsibilities

Support daily school operations and office management functions

Coordinate student enrollment, registration, records, and withdrawals
-
Maintain accurate student records and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
-
Monitor attendance and assist with attendance communication and intervention processes

Communicate regularly with students, families, staff, and community partners
-
Assist with school reporting, compliance documentation, audits, and data tracking
-
Support scheduling, event coordination, and schoolwide logistics
-
Collaborate with administration to support school culture, family engagement, and student success
-
Supervise office procedures and help maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment

Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events

Assist with technology systems, purchasing, and operational coordination as needed
Qualifications

Encompass Academy is seeking a compassionate and student-centered Part-Time English Language Acquisition and Development (ELAD) Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting multilingual learners and helping students build confidence and success in the classroom.

Responsibilities

Provide instructional support for English Language Learners in grades 9-12

Collaborate with classroom teachers to support language development across content areas

Monitor student progress and support language acquisition goals

Administer ACCESS testing for students required to participate

Build positive relationships with students and families

Participate in school meetings, collaboration, and student support processes as needed
Qualifications
