Encompass Academy is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed substitute teachers to support our students and staff. Ideal candidates are relationship-oriented, culturally responsive, and ready to jump in with professionalism and positivity. Applicants must hold a valid Nevada Substitute Teaching License.

Schedule: School day is 8:00 AM–2:30 PM. Sub assignments are as needed throughout the school year.

Now Hiring: Part-Time Instructional Coach
Encompass Academy is seeking a part-time Instructional Coach to support teachers in strengthening instructional practices, improving student outcomes, and building a culture of continuous growth. This role focuses on coaching, collaboration, and data-driven instruction to ensure all students have access to high-quality, engaging learning experiences.
The Instructional Coach will work closely with teachers and school leadership to provide feedback, model effective strategies, and support the implementation of curriculum and instructional best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Instructional Coaching & Support

Provide one-on-one and small group coaching to teachers

Conduct classroom observations and offer actionable, strengths-based feedback

Model effective instructional strategies and co-teach when appropriate

Support new and developing teachers with planning and classroom management
Data & Continuous Improvement

Assist teachers in analyzing student performance data to inform instruction

Support the development and monitoring of instructional goals

Help identify trends and adjust teaching strategies to improve student outcomes
Professional Development

Encompass Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time ELD teacher to support our multilingual learners. Applicants must hold a valid Nevada teaching license with an endorsement in English Language Acquisition and Development (formerly TESL). This position is part-time, with flexible hours up to 19 per week, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small, supportive high school community.
