Now Hiring: Full-Time English Teacher

Encompass Academy is seeking a passionate, dedicated English teacher to join our incredible team for the 2025–2026 school year. Applicants must hold a valid Nevada teaching license in English Language Arts. Our small, close-knit high school serves a diverse student population and fosters a strong sense of community among students and staff. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact in students’ lives while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Now Hiring: Part-Time Elective Teachers

Encompass Academy is seeking dynamic part-time elective teachers to join our team. Candidates must hold either a valid Nevada substitute teaching license or a license in their subject area, and be available to work 6-18 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for passionate educators to bring engaging, hands-on learning to high school students in subjects such as art, health, PE, leadership, and other enrichment areas. We also welcome creative elective ideas—if you have a unique course concept, we want to hear it!

Encompass Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time ELD teacher to support our multilingual learners. Applicants must hold a valid Nevada teaching license with an endorsement in English Language Acquisition and Development (formerly TESL). This position is part-time, with flexible hours up to 19 per week, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small, supportive high school community.

Encompass Academy is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support our special education program as an independent contractor. Applicants must hold a valid Nevada license as a school psychologist. This role works primarily with our Special Education Director and provides essential services to support student evaluations, IEP development, and compliance. Hours are flexible and vary depending on student caseload and evaluation needs.

Encompass Academy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our special education team as an independent contractor. Applicants must hold a current Nevada license in speech-language pathology. This position works primarily with our Special Education Director to provide direct and consultative speech services to students with IEPs. Hours are flexible and based on student caseload and service needs.
