enCompass Academy teachers have various forms they may use to refer students to get help to meet their academic, behavior, social, or emotional needs.
After an MTSS Referral, staff works through the Student Data Discussion Protocol to find an appropriate intervention for an individual student.

DATA AT A GLANCE

Credit attainment for core classes is reviewed and distributed among the staff weekly. In the example student names have been removed for their privacy. Use the tabs at the bottom to view students failing 2 or more core classes, seniors, freshmen on-track (FOT), classes by subject area, and core credit attainment data.
WEEKLY CREDIT ATTAINMENT

Average Daily Attendance is pulled live daily which does not account for circumstances entered later that may change the data (for example Temporary Education Placements).
ADA BY YEAR

Average Daily Attendance is also analyzed weekly and monthly. Student names are removed for their privacy. Many incentives are tied to student attendance.

  • The credit attainment rate at enCompass Academy for the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year is 88%. This is an increase from the overall attainment rate of 78% for the 2017-2018 school year. 
  • Students earning credit for after-school classes?​
  • In the 2018-2019 school year enCompass Academy began administering practice ACT exams to students of all grade levels. Data available on site?
  • In the first semester of the 2018-2019 school year four students enrolled in and earned credit for dual credit classes at TMCC.
  • In the second semester of the 2018-2019 school year four students are enrolled in/scheduled to enroll in dual credit classes at TMCC.
  • In the Spring semester of the 2017-2018 school year enCompass Academy added an Honors Biology class. This class is still offered for the 2018-2019 school year.
  • In the 2017-2018 school year Honors Calculus was added to our course selections. This class is still offered for the 2018-2019 school year.
