enCompass has partnered with the Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL) since 2017. Since that time, we have been running a weekly PLC meeting that has a focus on student data including: attendance, credit attainment rates, and teaching tools. Our agendas are located on site in a binder, but there are several attached as examples. Additionally, we now use a Google Classroom for our teachers to store and share all meeting materials. If interested, access can be granted.

This information has been documented and gathered as a part of our School Performance Plan under the "Artifacts" section. Additionally, the school keeps a record of staff/faculty meetings on site. The nature of the materials often discussed does not allow for the agendas to be provided on this site due to FERPA regulations. |
